This
is our new line of "live edge" furniture. We use
locally milled wood
from the Russian Olive tree (an invasive tree that Boulder County is trying to
eradicate), Beetle kill pine (sometimes referred to as Blue Pine), and other local tree
waste.
"Live edge" wood is
wood that has been milled into boards while keeping the outer contour of the
tree intact as the board edge. It creates a unique and attractive look for
those who are looking something different.
